What are your plans this summer?  Ours kicks off with a last day of school after party at a friends with a pool.  Good thing nice weather is on the horizon.  Lately JUNE GLUME has been around.  Trying to think of great new ideas for the summer can be hard especially if you don't want to break the bank.  This year we invested in a State Beach Pass.  Parking is $15 a day so at $125 it can't be beat.  We'll go all summer long as many times a week as possible. Sunny days playing in the waves and nights warmed by bon fires...AWESOME!  My other favorite thing is the drive-in,  especially Mission Tiki. For kids 9 & under it's a $1.00 if you're older it's $7.  You get to watch two movies and bring in your own refreshments.  We often pick up a pizza and head on over.  Packing an ice chest with drinks and filling up the coffee dispenser with Hot Cocoa.  The kids love it and often we try to get as many families as possible to go.  Or how about investing in an EPSON or other movie projector?  This pays off in dividends.  Throwing a Drive-Way movie is just as fun.  It's a great way to get your friends and neighbors together.  Make it a potluck event and it's a party.
